Margaret Wille is making the poor home farmers and others who wish to grow GMO plants look like criminals. No, not look like criminals but "criminals". Why should they pay a $100.00 to register every year if they're planting GMO plants? Pay a $1000.00 fine if they're found to be growing GMO plants. How about thinking of those people and not only the people with bucks -the manipulators. What happened to our freedom? During the protest in Waikiki, a woman appeared on the television news stating that people were getting sick. She made it sound like the masses were sick and dying. She lied on television to the State of Hawaii and she should be ashamed of herself. From what I've read and heard, it has never been proven that it causes illness. GMOs are safe and I know because I have been consuming those products for years. I feel that these people are being manipulated and they in turn are manipulating others who aren't absolutely sure of what is happening. Is Wille saying that the scientists who work with GMOs are doing this to harm people? I trust them and not Margaret Wille and not the activists. There are people who can't eat mangoes or lychees and other foods, so are you saying it's because of GMOs? PLEASE VOTE NO ON THIS BILL.
