Comm. 343: ACCEPTS A GRANT OF EASEMENTS FROM KOHALA KAI, LLC FOR
(Res. 140-13) PUBLIC ACCESS PURPOSES
From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated July 1, 2013. The easement will provide
vehicular public access, public access parking, and a mauka-makai and lateral
walkable trail to the shoreline.
Postponed Res. 140-13 to the call of the Chair.
