Amends current provisions to require as a prerequisite that the Legislative Auditor be certified as an internal auditor and possess a permit to practice as a certified public accountant as issued by the State of Hawai‘i. Postponed: May 14, 2013 June 4, 2013 (Note: There is a pending motion by Ms. Poindexter and duly seconded by Mr. Kern to recommend passage of Bill 70 on first reading.)
