Aloha,
I have just read the proposed Bill 79 and wanted to say thank you! What a relief to see such action
taking place that truly puts the safety and concern for the local community, businesses and land as a
priority over short term money invvestment from big chemical companies whose long term effects are
surely destructive.
I live on Kaua'i and I hope that by the passing of this bill, all the Hawaii counties follow suit!
