Authorizes the Finance Director to negotiate a ten year lease (with additional renewal options of one year increments) with He Ola Hou 0 Ke Kumu Niu, a nonprofit organization, for the real property identified as Tax Map Key: (3)2-1-014:036. The organization wishes to use the parcel to develop and maintain a Hawaiian Cultural Center for public education and display that will include crafts of drum and canoe carving. Comm. 355: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 13-66, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC (Bill 100) IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30 2014 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated July 18, 2013. Adds the Public Works, Kilauea Avenue Resurfacing - County project for $1,972,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -Fund Balance and/or other Sources.
