Dear Councilman Yoshimoto,
I reside in Komohana subdivision and a member of the neighborhood board association and a practing dentist in
Hilo. I am asked you vote NO to limiting GMO crops or research. Please look at the science and not at all the
hype from the fear mongers. If Hawaii is to advance into the future, we have to embrace science, not denouce
it. GMO has saved and benefited the farming industry in Hawaii with the papaya and anthuriums. Do you
want to hurt the economy here every more? Please vote NO.
