*bill 79 is dangerous, un-thoughtful, un-wise, it is not time tested over a long duration, it is just temporary fix
and is narrow minded (it doesn't take the complete whole view of economics, ecology, environment, genetics,
gives too much control to a few people and corporate entities, and it is out of the control and direction of the
people who will being used as living "guinea pigs"; it will be recorded as probably the biggest blunder in human
history ever!
