The bill would allow farmers markets as a permitted use in residential, residential-commercial mixed use, and agricultural districts, provided certain conditions exist. Comm. 358: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 4, DIVISION 5 AND (Bill 102) ARTICLE 7, DIVISION 2 OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN RESIDENTIAL DENSITY, INCLUDING PARKING REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN HILO COMMERCIAL DISTRICT From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated July 2, 2013, transmitting the above bill and enclosures, with a favorable recommendation from the Windward Planning Commission.
