(Bill 96) ARTICLE 5 OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS
AMENDED), RELATING TO FARMERS MARKETS AS PERMITTED USES IN
CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICTS
From Council Member Zendo Kern, dated June 28, 2013. The bill would allow farmers
markets as a permitted use in residential, residential-commercial mixed use, and
agricultural districts, provided certain conditions exist.
