Subject: Please do not restrict biotechnology
Dear Mr.Yoshimoto,
This ietter is written in response to your desire to limit or eliminate the use of biotechnology. I use biotechnology
developed corn soybeans.While the yield is better; the most important aspect to me is less exposure to harmful
pesticides.The biotech crops are resistant to some bugs.The pesticides used on these crops are much less harmful to
the environment than the ones used before the development of the biotechnology crops. I urge you not to pass a county
bill that will restrict or ban the exploration and use of biotechnology.
