beautiful Big Island. I was shocked the more I learned how many Chemical
Companies are happy about the "stable climate and the amount of
climate zones" your unique place offers - I met one of their
ILA
employees on a plane leaving the island:
In their view it offers for them the perfect test ground for dangerous,
genetically modified organisms plus the chemicals that are
"bundled" with them.

Have you been aware, that these companies might be so happy about
using your Island also because it is so incredibly remote?
---> If something goes wrong with these crops and/ or the chemicals
like pesticides, it is in such a remote place. so it can't escape and
pollute the rest of the world!!!
What a sad thing and how incredibly ignorant, don't you think?
We are all connected and I want to prove it by this letter.
These modified living organisms that can never be removed -
plants just reproduce. I witnessed the struggle you have with
Invasive Species like ginger and coqui frogs on the island,
especially the National Parks. A battle that is lost.
No these are "just" non-modified organisms!
Every tourist has to undergo thorough checks regarding livestock,
soil, plants and so on. Which makes sense!
So please ban all these GM() experiments for now and forever.
The world is watching and will congratulate you. Thank you!
Please also take a look at the image I enclosed, i marked the
most prominent marketing claim on the package in blue:
It says (rough translation):
"Natural led (cows) - Made without Genetic Engineering"
This is printed five times on the package. Companies here actually
sell more because their products are GM() free!
