COUNTY OF HAWAII .:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it finds
the subject subdivision and improvements thereon are in full compliance with the provisions of
Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,
in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10
of the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lot R-1,
containing an area of 1,441 square feet, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 2-4-021:0192,
delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all improvements thereon, for public road
purposes.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor
William P. Kenoi; (2) the Department of Public Works; (3) Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine
A. Garson; and (4) Raymond K. Hasegawa, Attorney at Law, 688 Kinoole Street, Suite 203, Hilo, HI
96720.
