Subject: Please support biotechnology research and use
Dear Mr.Yoshimoto,
I am an Iowa farmer who uses biotechnology on every acre I farm, corn and beans. By doing so, I opened vast new doors
for my crops that used to hold the yeilds down. I am a firm believer in using these traits that allow me to increase my
yeilds while being safe for me and the people who use/eat my production. Actually, most biotech is nothing more than
using what is natural for one type of plant and then taking what mother nature made and "installing" it in another plant.
Would you really rather us farmers do without biotechnology, and then be forced to use vast amounts of chemicals????
