Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 28 , reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 28 is to restrict commercial and personal
exploitation of the Hawaii County Seal .
The bill will create Article 28 in Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County
Code . This section will describe , set guidelines for use of the
County Seal and provide penalties for any abuse .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 28 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
