Dear Chairman Yoshimoto and Council Members:
Resolution No 122-13 urges the Mayor to address chronic homelessness in Hawai'i
County and have a representative appear before the Council to apprise them on issues
and challenges we face, and to share potential strategies and measurable actions to
address this population in Hawai'i County.
We therefore respectfully request the opportunity to provide an update to the Council at
its September 18, 2013 council meeting. Executive Assistant Clarysse Nunokawa is the
