SUBJECT: Waste to Energy Discussion
I request 30 minutes to allow Bob Ely, Professional Engineer to provide an overview of waste to
energy options for the east side of the island. The scope of discussion will include suitable
technologies, size considerations, economics, and procurement management issues.
Please place this matter on the appropriate September 17, 2013 Committee agenda.
