SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A
NEW ARTICLE RELATING TO A HYDRAULIC FRACTURING
POLICY
Please find the attached a bill amending Chapter 14, General Welfare, of the Hawai`i County
Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended), relating to a hydraulic fracturing policy.
Please refer to the appropriate committee scheduled to be held on September 17, 2013.
