Dear Mr.Yoshimoto,
In Iowa we are continually trying to be good stewards of our precious resource----our wonderful fertile cropland. We
are reducing erosion, reducing our need for water, and reducing our use of pesticides and fertilizer. All of this is in an
effort to increase production of good quality safe food, as we are told that it is our responsibility to feed more and more
people worldwide. GMO's are a part of this plan, and without them, hunger will be increased.
It is a controversial subject,yet an important one.
Please do not pass a county bill that will restrict or ban the exploration and use of biotechnology.
