Subject: Please do not restrict biotechnology
Dear Mr.Yoshimoto,
We used to put pesticides directly onto our seeds before we planted them into the fields. This kind of treatment
made humans feel sick if they accidentally got a small granule into their mouths or noses. Now, with the
Biotechnology of built-in pesticides inside the seed---humans don't have to be so afraid of being"poisoned" by handling
it. If we don't have this kind of protection inside the seeds that are planted, our crops are open to damage by the
insects that feed on them. This would seriously decrease the crop production in the world. Food would become very
expensive.
Sincerely,
Marvin Wuebker
