Kenoi, dated August 14, 2013, transmitting the above bill with favorable recommendation from the Leeward Planning Commission. A two-acre portion of a larger 7.662 acre parcel owned by various members of the Teshima family will be subdivided consistent with their proportional interest in the land for estate planning and real property tax purposes.
