RE: Claim Against the County of Hawai`i/State Farm Insurance
re: Noah Embree
Dear Chairman Yoshimoto:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
Hawai`i County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about
February 4, 2013 submitted by State Farm Insurance on behalf of Noah Embree.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's October 2, 2013 agenda.
