Dear Chairman Yoshimoto:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
Hawai`i County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about May 6, 2013
submitted by Allstate Insurance on behalf of Gordon Montibon.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's October 2, 2013 agenda.
