Area: Approx. 7.662 acres)
EXPLANATION: From William P. Kenoi, dated August 14, 2013, transmitting the above
bill with favorable recommendation from the Leeward Planning
Commission. Landowners wish to subdivide a two-acre portion of a larger
7.662 acre parcel owned by various members of the Teshima family to be
consistent with their proportional interest in the land for estate planning
and real property tax purposes.
