Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request an
attorney- client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on matters pertaining to an offer to settle the above - entitled lawsuit for damages filed on
August 24, 2012. We ask that this case be placed on the Council's October 2, 2013 agenda
for Hilo.
