RE: Claim Against the County of Hawai `i by CMR on behalf of Verizon
Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the Hawaii
County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about October 26, 2011
submitted by CMR on behalf of Verizon.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's October 2, 2013 agenda.
