Section 18-90 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended)
Relating to Public Transit System, Island-Wide Fare Structure
Please find attached Bill No. 108, Draft 3. Bill No. 108, Draft 2, was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 376.4, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on September 18,
2013. The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e) to deliberate further on Bill No.108,
Draft 2, as amended. The Council then postponed further action until October 16, 2013.
