Communication No . 4394 is a report of the Hawaii State Association of
Counties (HSAC) Executive Committee meeting of November 13 , 1992 .
The report requests Council action for the replacement of Councilman
Harry Ruddle on the NACO Justice and Public Safety Steering Committee.
At the November 30, 1992 Finance Committee meeting, the Committee
recommended that Councilman Harry Ruddle ' s position on the NACO
Justice and Public Safety Steering Committee not be filled at the
present time.
