SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 180-13
Please see attached a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 180-13. The proposed
amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution
No. 180-13 (material to be added is underscored).
The fourth WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, this roadway is located midway between the shoreline and
Mamalahoa Highway and starts at the end of Ali`i Drive in Keauhou,North Kona, and runs
5.5 miles to the junction of Mamalahoa Highway and Napo`opo`o Road in South Kona in
the Ahupua'a of Ka`awaloa; and"
