ORDINANCE NO. 1.3 97
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-66, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mamalahoa Highway Widening - Federal
(110.388.5384.01) $ 600,000
Mamalahoa Highway Widening - County
(110.388.5384.02) $ 150,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 600,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance
and/or other Sources $ 150,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
