I am writing to let you know that I strongly urge the council to support Bill 129.
Tinkering with the biosphere is not a good thing. That includes GMO getting into the
world. Please research what is going on in the mainland with the sinkholes and
earthquakes . The planet is fragile and Hawaii is not the place to be trying this unproven
and questionable technology.
Why not grow hemp and start a new industry with that? There is so much non invasive
technologies we can use. By definition, tracking is INVASIVE! !
