Hawaii Couty Council:
With the insanity of act 97 we on Hawaii Island, and especially Puna sitting directly
ontop of extremely active volcanic events, need to defend ourselves from the state
decisions that do not even consider our unique and fragile situation that could easily
cause disaster here. We must take an affirmative stand to defend our health and safety.
Thank you Brenda Ford for taking the first step by submitting bill 129 on our behalf. I
agree and approve.
Please approve councilwoman Fords bill 129 and protect us from irresponsible state
legislation that ignores due process.
