my testimony in support of bill 129
I am against any more geothermal/ enhanced geothermal
systems (EGS) / fracking and drilling on our island of
Hawaii and all Hawaiian island
in Hawaii, its not good for the people of Hawaii or land / 'aina...drilling on an
active volcano. .seems a lot more dangerous and risky.
Seeing all the damage done to the united states is much
evidence of dangers of fracking and geo . drilling to our
land , other alternative energy are available such as solar
and wind millst uses of our natural resources sun and wind
to make electricity for our island residents , with out
major changes and alterations to our land .
Health risks are enormous such as in testing given by Dr .
Kilburn that showed (physiological , psychological and
pulmonary) as tension , anxiety, depression , anger , vigor ,
chemical sensitivity, peripheral neuropathy, recall ,
chronic fatigue , confusion , indexes of irritation ,
respiratory, cardiac , sleep , memory, headache ,
concentration , dizziness and gastrointestinal complaints --
the results of these tests showed greater differences in
the Puna/Pahoa, Hilo , tn , community-involved in this study.
