Hawaii County Council members, please vote NO on bill 109 and bill 113. American
people deserve the right to choose. We have choices when it comes to our food. I do
not want to pay high prices for organic food. I feel perfectly safe eating genetically
engineered food. Food prices are so high in Hawaii that I worry how people can afford
to feed their families. It seems like they just go up, up, up.
Please do not limit our choices by supporting the fear mongerers who want to bash the
efforts of hard working farmers that focus on real solutions to feeding the world. There
is plenty of room for BOTH kinds of agriculture in Hawaii. Please do the right thing and
vote NO to bill 109 and 113.
