hi council - I was not able to attend the cmte. discussion today, Friday
and I hlpe that it was productive.
Excellent article in the THerald letters-to-the-editor from Kelly Greenwell,
former councilor regard a 3rd aspect for the foolishness of outlawing
GMO products and research. I mentioned some of what he sent but he
does it more profoundly than I did.
Well worth reading and an important aspect for the future of Hawaii.
GMO research is just as important as the telescopes on Mauna Kea
and the new research provided by the new 59" world-class telescope.
So much to be proud of and so little has been proven by the hysterical
anti-GMOers to outlaw GMO.
