TITLE: An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 03 109 which reclassified
lands from Single-Family Residential— 10,000 square feet (RS-10)
to Industrial-Commercial Mixed—20,000 square feet(MCX-20) at
Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, covered by tax map key 2-2-
050:037 and 038.
EXPLANATION: The area covers approximately 45,000 square feet. The applicant,
Vince M. Kimura, is requesting a 5-year time extension to
Condition C (time to complete construction). The Windward
Planning Commission forwards a favorable recommendation.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved

RECOMMENDATION: Positive; recommends passage on first reading.
