Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Norman W. O. Yee of Hilo to the Hawaii
County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Commission.
Mr. Yee is a former resident of Hawaii (1933-1951) and in 1997 returned to Hilo.
He is presently retired and had previously worked for Hughes ACFT in Los
Angeles as an electrical engineer (1962-1988).
Mr. Yee will serve a term co-terminus with my tenure, which will end on
December 4, 2000.
Should the Council have any questions regarding this appointment, you may call
me at your convenience.
