JMtY%�F <br /> ................ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII +� �' ! +- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ...46; _. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 186 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR TABLES AT THE PAHALA COMMUNITY <br /> CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the Pahala Community Center is using 12-foot wooden tables for daily use <br /> and community events and has deteriorated to the point of becoming dangerous; and <br /> WHEREAS, the termites have not only infested these tables but also the building; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pahala Community Center needs more modern, plastic tables that are <br /> safe and easier to handle; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for tables at the Pahala Community Center; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,800 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5105.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,800 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,800 <br /> Recreation Division Equip, Misc.
