RESOLUTION NO. 192 13
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR THE RENTAL/LEASE OF A PORTABLE
RESTROOM AT THE HAKALAU VETERANS PARK.
WHEREAS, there are no public restrooms at the Hakalau Veterans Park; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation does not have funds to rent/lease a
portable restroom with weekly servicing at the Hakalau Veterans Park; and
WHEREAS, the the Hakalau Veterans Park is used by the community for sports and
community events; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation, Park Maintenance Division for the rent/lease of a portable
restroom with weekly servicing; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation
Park Maint OCE, $10,000
111 Rental/Lease of Equipment
(Hakalau Veterans Park Portable restroom)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution
to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
