RESOLUTION NO. 158 13
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A STOVE AT PA`AUILO PARK.
WHEREAS, Pa'auilo Park has a recreational facility used by citizens of the County of
Hawai`i for elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and other large
events; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs a new
stove in order to continue to provide the community with elderly and recreational activities at
Pa'auilo Park; and
WHEREAS, the stove that they currently have at the facility is no longer safe for public
use; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of a new stove for the facility at
Pa'auilo Park; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $800
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $800

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
