SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 108, Draft 4; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 18,
Article 4 Section 18-90 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
Amended) Relating to Public Transit System, Island-Wide Fare Structure
Please find attached Bill No. 108, Draft 4. Bill No. 108, Draft 3, was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 376.6, as duly approved by the Council on October 16, 2013.
The council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires legislation amended at second
reading to be held-over to the next regular meeting of the Council, and subsequently passed Bill
No. 108, Draft 4, on second and final reading.
