SUBJECT: Department of Environmental Management Discussion
I request 45 minutes for a discussion to allow the Department of Environmental Management to
provide an update of its solid waste programs. The scope of discussion would include an update
on the status of current contacts, an update on the status of current requests for information, an
update on the status of current requests for proposals, and an overview of all solid waste
technologies being researched for the County's solid waste programs.
Please place this matter on the appropriate November 5, 2013 Committee agenda.
