The proposed amendment is illustrated in <br /> Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 120. The material to be deleted is <br /> bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored. <br /> Bill No. 120 is amended by amending Condition "I" to read as follows: <br /> I. As agreed to by the applicant, [prior to the issuance of a Building Permit] a Certificate <br /> of Occupancy shall not be issued for any portion of the proposed development[,] until <br /> the applicant [shall install] has installed a traffic signal at the Kahakai Blvd/Pahoa <br /> Village Road intersection meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works <br /> and State Department of Transportation.
