SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Resolution No. 190
Below please find proposed amendments to Resolution No. 190. The proposed
amendments are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution
No. 190 (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is
underscored).
Resolution No. 190 is amended by amending the enacting clause by changing the account
number to read as follows:
"CREDITED TO:
