SUBJECT: A Resolution Regarding the Acquisition of Vacationland Land Trust in Puna
Please find attached a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for
acquisition of Vacationland Land Trust in Puna, utilizing funds from the Public Access, Open
Space and Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
Please refer the attached resolution to the appropriate committee on November 19, 2013.
