COUNTY OF HAWAII • � "=--'�/ • STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . 1Tf GF•M/i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 216 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR TOBACCO-FREE GROUNDS SIGNS. <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-56, effective April 22, 2008, prohibits the use of tobacco <br /> products at all County parks, beaches and recreational facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation plans to erect signs at County <br /> parks, beaches and recreational facilities to educate the public about Ordinance No. 08-56; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase and posting of signs; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> Parks Maint OCE $3,000 <br /> 229 Bldg& Constr Materials <br /> (Tobacco-Free Grounds Signs) <br />
