SUBJECT: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 132-13
Please see below proposed amendments to Resolution No. 132-13. The proposed amendments
are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 132-13
(material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored).
1. Title of resolution to be amended and shall read as follows:
"A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SALARY ORDINANCE NO. 13-50, BY AMENDING
SECTION 3(B) BY INCREASING THE AFFECTED PAY GRADES BY 4% AND
INCREASING THE RATE OF COMPENSATION IN CERTAIN POSITIONS FOR
THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH."
2. To further amend the "CA-1, CA-2, and SA-1" section of the pay grade, and shall read as
follows:
"CA-1 A B C D
