The resolution lists 14 proposals, which were submitted to the HSAC Executive Committee by all four counties. Only those proposals approved by all four counties will be included in the 2014 HSAC Legislative package. Postponed: October 15, 2013 (Note: There is a pending motion by Mr. Onishi and duly seconded by Mr. Kern to close file on Comm. 448 and recommend adoption of Res. 181-13.)
