H. Lee, dated October 10, 2013. The applicant, Anderson Wealth Planning, Inc., requests a sign variance for a wall sign, which is 39 square feet in area {maximum allowable area is 22 square feet per Section 3-58(a)(5)(B)} with 12 and 18 inch high lettering with a 30 inch high symbol mounted at 30 feet above finish grade {maximum letter and/or symbol is 9 inches per Section 3-58(c)}. The business is located in CG-20 (General-Commercial 20,000 sq. ft.) zone, which limits the wall sign to 9 feet in height per Section 3-59(a)(4).
