Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
4Io . 1813 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 181.3 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance the road dedication deed for a
roadway in the Jim Kuwana Subdivision , Waiakea , South Hilo , Hawaii ,
TMK : 2-4-9 : 94 , 97 and 99 . The letter also states that the
subdivision has received recordation approval from the Planning
Department .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that all necessary
improvements have been constructed according to County of Hawaii
standards and are acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances of the roadway and the
improvements are proper and recommends accep, anc- of the dedication
deed by the Council and its subsequent r - ord. ',4n with the Bureau of
Conveyances .
