Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
/No . 1751 , reports as follows :
Communication No. 175,1 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance the road dedication deed for a
roadway in the Kuakini Makai Subdivision, Increment 1, Holualoa 1
and 2, North Kona, Hawaii , TMK: 7-6-24 : 29 and 30 . The letter also
states that the subdivision has received recordation approval from
the Planning Department .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the roadway has
been constructed according to County of Hawaii standards and is
acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that both the conveyances of the roadway and the
improvements are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication
deeds by the Council and its ubsequent re■•roation with the Bureau
of Conveyances .
