your Committee on Public Works to which was referred Communication
No . 1584 , reports as follows:
Communication No . 1584 is a transmittal letter from the Corporation
Counsel which forwards for acceptance the road dedication deed for a
roadway in the Panaewa Hillcrest Subdivision, Unit II , Waiakea, South
Hilo, Hawaii , TMK: 2-2-46 : 17 . The transmittal letter notes that the
subdivision has received recordation approval from the Planning
Department .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the descriptions have
been checked and found to be acceptable and that the road and
necessary improvements have been constructed according to County of
Hawaii standards and are acceptable for dedication .
Your Committee finds that the conveyance of -the roadway and
improvements is proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication
deed by the Council and its subsequent recordation with the Bureau of
Conveyances.
